These are different situations\nwhere a banquet license would be needed and ABC Consulting can help point you\nto the particulars, once you apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Banquet &#8211; <\/strong>For private one-day events such as wedding receptions,\nretirement parties or company celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tasting &#8211; <\/strong>For cooking classes or community education events. May be\ngranted up to four times per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manufacturer&#8217;s Distilled Spirits Event &#8211; <\/strong>For a manufacturer of\ndistilled spirits for distilled spirits educational events. May be granted up\nto eight times per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manufacturer&#8217;s Beer\/Wine Event &#8211; <\/strong>For a manufacturer of beer\nand wine for craft beer or wine festivals. May be granted up to eight times per\nyear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mixed Beverage Club Event &#8211; <\/strong>For clubs such as VFW, Elks\nor American Legion already holding a beer, or wine and beer license that wish\nto sell and serve mixed beverages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Banquet\/Mixed Beverage Special Event (allowing wine\noff-premises sales) &#8211; <\/strong>For\nnonprofit events such as festivals, concerts, auctions or other similar\nfundraising events (including political fundraisers).
