Here are the laws and fine print (you don&#8217;t need to understand all of this &#8211; just hire us and we&#8217;ll choose, tweak and make it happen!). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>4.1-221.1.\nLimitation of&nbsp;tasting&nbsp;licenses.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Samples of\nalcoholic beverages given or sold by a&nbsp;licensee shall not exceed two\nounces per person of each product&nbsp;tasted,\nprovided that (i) in the case of wine or beer, no more than four products shall\nbe offered or (ii) in the case of spirits, no more than two products shall be\noffered.&nbsp;Tasting&nbsp;licenses for mixed beverages\nshall only be issued for events to be held in localities which have approved\nthe sale of mixed beverages pursuant to \u00a7&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/law.lis.virginia.gov\/vacode\/4.1-124\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">4.1-124<\/a>. No&nbsp;license&nbsp;shall be issued to\nany person to whom issuance of a retail&nbsp;license&nbsp;is prohibited. No\nmore than four&nbsp;tasting&nbsp;licenses annually shall be issued\nto any person.
