In addition, every single sales ticket (to include cash sales and buffet tickets) must be kept, and attached, to your daily report. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Report should indicate the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li> Entrees (items with sides, buffet, or substantial meals such as pizza or spaghetti) <\/li><li> Other Food (appetizers, side items, desserts) <\/li><li> Non-Alcoholic Beverages (soda, tea, coffee etc.) <\/li><li> Wine &amp; Beer (this is the only category that can be combined)<\/li><li> Mixed Beverages (this include liquor, shots, mixed drinks, and mixers)<\/li><li> To Go (these items cannot count towards minimum sale requirement or ratio.)<\/li><li> Miscellaneous (hookah, tobacco, calendars, shirts, etc)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purchases<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li> Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages<\/li><li> Wine &amp; Beer<\/li><li> Mixed Beverages<\/li><li> Miscellaneous<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you take nothing else from this article, take THIS: <strong>Your Mixed Beverage Requirements:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Entrees: $2,000 (Dine In)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Total Food: $4,000 (Dine In)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Your Wine and Beer Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Entrees: $1,000 (Dine In)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Total Food: $2,000 (Dine In) <\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Totals reported must match what is reported to the VA Dept. of Taxation.
