All United States businesses are being impacted by the\nspread of COVID-19 and Social Distancing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Curbside Pickup of\nAlcohol<\/li><li>Selling Alcohol ToGo<\/li><li>Delivery of Alcohol<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Although things are changing, daily, because of the\ncoronavirus, it is important if you are licensed in Virginia, to stay on TOP of\nwhat is changing. The easiest way to do this is to TUNE IN to our channel. In\norder to ensure that you are the first to know, as things change, please like and\nsubscribe to the YouTube channel &nbsp;&#8211;\nthings are changing quickly and often \u2013 but you\u2019ll be notified, immediately, as\na notification will come directly to your email, if you subscribe, when we post\na new video. Stay Tuned!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>As of Friday, March\n20, 2020, the Governor of Virginia indicated that Wine &amp; Beer On-Premises licensees\nmay use the privileges of a Wine and Beer Off-Premises licensee, thus, allowing\nthem to sell Wine &amp; Beer ToGo, <strong><em>without<\/em><\/strong>\nadditional permits. NOTE: this does not apply to mixed drinks and\/or liquor. <\/li><li>As of Monday, March\n23, 2020, the Governor of Virginia prohibits Restaurants, Wineries, and Breweries\nfrom allowing dining IN their establishments due to COVID-19, the coronavirus.\nCurbside and Delivery is still allowed, at this time. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will get through this. We will recover. Our community\nis stepping up, communicating and supporting and doing what they need to do, to\nhelp each other. We WILL get through this \u2013 hopefully sooner than later. If you\nwould like to make your delivery license a <strong><em>permanent feature of your business<\/em><\/strong>, let\u2019s talk: <a href=\"tel:8007850161\"><strong>800-785-0161<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, you are able to deliver food &amp; alcohol, with your current alcohol license, with no additional permitting.
