The latest change allows Virginia Licensees (with a Mixed Beverage\nlicense) to sell mixed beverages ToGo, Delivery and\/or Curbside. Of course,\nthere are restrictions, which are listed below. It is ABC Consulting\u2019s first\npriority to make sure that our clients make as much money as possible, while staying\nin compliance and adhering to the Governor\u2019s guidelines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Sales are limited to 4 mixed cocktails beverages,\nper delivery or Take Out. <\/li><li>Each order must include a meal for every two\ncocktails purchased. <\/li><li>Cocktails shall be packaged in a glass, paper or\nplastic container or in a single, original metal can with a secure lid or cap designed\nto prevent consumption without removal of the little cap. <\/li><li>Lids with sippy holes (or openings for straws)\nare prohibited. <\/li><li>Remember, most importantly, that all recipients\nof delivery items must be ID\u2019d and must be at least 21 years of age to be able\nto take those products from you. <\/li><li>This executive order officially takes place, effective\nApril 9, 2020. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"612\" height=\"792\" src=\"https:\/\/vaabc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Delivery-for-mixed-beverages-UPDATED-Use-this-one-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17615\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vaabc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Delivery-for-mixed-beverages-UPDATED-Use-this-one-1.jpg 612w, https:\/\/vaabc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Delivery-for-mixed-beverages-UPDATED-Use-this-one-1-232x300.jpg 232w, https:\/\/vaabc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Delivery-for-mixed-beverages-UPDATED-Use-this-one-1-600x776.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Expect that ABC Consulting will be the first to let you know of any changes that affect your business.
