It disagrees with any naysayers about a downward-turning economy \u2013 it means that Virginia is still hopeful and positive thinking \u2013 and we LOVE that.&nbsp; Peruvian Chicken &amp; Grocery LLC\u2019s license means that they can sell closed containers of beer and wine, to people that are 21 years or older, for off-premises consumption and they can deliver that beer and wine, too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restaurantji.com\/va\/woodbridge\/acr-snack-mart-ii-restaurant-\/\">sample<\/a> menu that we found on the web:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Huevous Rancheritos ($6.50) Two scrambled eggs with onions, green peppers, ham, rice, bean and two tortillas.<\/li><li>Chicken Cesar Salad ($5.95)<\/li><li>Pupusas ($2.00) Choice of mixed, loroco, cheese or beans.<\/li><li>4 Chicken Taquitos ($6.50)<\/li><li>1\/4 Chicken ($5.95) Includes choice of two sides.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While we are talking about new stores and restaurants popping up, please don\u2019t forget to ID! It can cost you your license!
