Once upon a time, an applicant started an online retail form at our website: VAabc.com<\/a>. He never actually completed the form, so we just checked in to help. And yes, he still needed help and was so overwhelmed, he forgot to finish it. Another applicant had started an alcohol application (and FINISHED it and SUBMITTED it) with Virginia ABC Authority. Both needed licensing. We ended up helping BOTH businesses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two Stories — same happy ending! <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first business got the application filled out and completed. AND licensed. He’s Happy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Second business hadn\u2019t received any calls from VA ABC Authority and was getting nervous as the date loomed closer and closer. We discussed and explained what our consulting services consisted of. We explained what we offer to restaurants. He was interested and he asked me a few more questions. He called us because he was nervous, but he continued to talk to us, he became more and more interested in our services. He was becoming more intrigued and started voicing more concerns about being frustrated by his experience with Virginia ABC Authority. He had already followed up with Virginia ABC Authority to find out how his application was coming along and they told him that they had never received it. He had paid for tracking on his package and it said that it had been delivered \u2013 the week before.  We assured him that this is common (VA ABC is sooooo busy processing applications that it is common for an incomplete application or an application with too many errors to be set to the side while they push the others through). But this story has a happy ending, too. Because he hired ABC Consulting, it became our job to assist him through the application process and assure him of an accurate and complete submission. He purchased the application assistance package, from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, both new clients have taken AND PASSED our online T.O.A.S.T. VA \u00ae training<\/a> \u2013 no downtime once the license is posted! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With customer number 2, we followed up with VA ABC Authority and the application was found, but had too many errors to process, so the original was shredded. Our team filled out the forms, resubmitted and the restaurant was able to open, as intended! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
