ABC Consulting recently (April 15, 2020!) licensed Graze Steakhouse LLC with a Wine & Beer On & Off Premises and a Mixed Beverage restaurant license. The business name represents their commitment to farm fresh, local meats and seasonal vegetables. Dry-aged beef is the menu’s cornerstone and the menu is both simple and elegant:
- Carrington Farm’s local beef dry-aged in house.
- Locally sourced Pork and Poultry.
- Traditional sides of creamed spinach, collard greens and mushrooms.
Once Virginia restaurant’s doors are back open and the Social Distancing days are over there will be Live Music, every Friday and Saturday.
