The chef and owner Joaquin Alfaro has 14 years of experience working for Marriott. This chef that has provided a fascinating and elegant service, in DC, and now is bringing authentic Latin food with an American twist to Stafford. Olla Cafe creates beautiful and elegant specialty dishes. Through ABC Consulting, they applied for their alcohol license and sought council – they now have a Wine and Beer On Premises alcohol license and can deliver and sell it, ToGo, because of Virginia Governor’s executive order.
