Saigon Outcast – Ashburn. This unique craft-beer venue offers between 25-39 craft beers and wine — all with self-pour technology! The system actually links to your open bar tab and will charge only by the ounce (allowing customers to try all the beers at a fraction of the cost versus buying a flight or a whole glass of beer). Another unique thing about this taproom is the fare: it is a Vietnamese Eatery.
Saigon Outcast’s taproom has a Vietnamese-inspired food menu and self-service beverage delivery system, the only of its kind in the Richmond area. You simply must check it out.
Saigon Outcast is using DoorDash and Carry Out, in the middle of the Executive Order, but through ABC Consulting they have a permanent Wine & Beer On & Off Premises License – so after Richmond can open their dining rooms, again, they’ll still be able to sell food and alcohol, ToGo.
