In Virginia, specifically, if you want to manufacture alcohol (wine, beer or liquor) you’ll need a proper alcohol license (both Federal and Virginia licenses). ABC Consulting can help you get a license in another state, as well. In Virginia, specifically, your manufacturing license cannot be approved until your TTB notice is approved at the federal level. Once your business is licensed and your dream is becoming a reality, we’ll help you stay compliant, at the state and federal level, by: filing monthly reports, filing quarterly TTB reports, and keeping those records in proper order. This will save you a lot of money and a lot of heartache, because anything that involves the VA ABC – we’re the experts. We can help you keep up with all the inspections, reporting and with any changes in the rules and regulations of VA ABC Authority.
