Serving on New Year’s Eve – what NOT to do!

If your restaurant is planning on serving alcohol on New Year’s Eve, remember these important tips:

  • Your ticket sale can include an alcoholic beverage, but NO all-you-can-drink for one price!
  • All alcohol sales must end by 2am.
  • Don’t give away any alcohol – not even a toast at midnight!
